#ForTheGains: THYME For Lemon Baked Salmon

Sup guys,

Here’s a quick, light and e-fish-ient recipe that’l be sure to hit the spot

INGREDIENTS (1 serving)

-1 Salmon filet
-Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
-Thyme for seasoning
-Salt for seasoning
-1/2 Tbsp olive oil

PROCEDURE

1) Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 400 C
2) Coat salmon filet with squeezed lemon juice and olive oil
3) Sprinkle on salt and thyme for ENHANCED taste
4) Put in oven and cook for 20 minutes, or until fish is ready

OBSERVATIONS
Approx Time: 30 minutes prep and cook
Difficulty: 2/10

-Salmon is a nice lean fish that is ideal after a workout or for any meal in general. It is also a very easy type of meat to control and cook thoroughly
